My love of dogs began while growing up
with Boxers and Dachshunds. My love of
small dogs began with my first Scottie, Harrie.
He was a memorable part of my life,
which included camping trips to the Grand
Canyon, the high Sierras, the California
Coast and all over Washington state.
During this time, I studied trick
training for dogs and emceed a trick performance
event at the Seattle
Kennel Club Dog Show at the Seattle
Center.
I started caring for pets about 10 years
ago as friends kept asking me to take
their dogs while they traveled. The
word spread and the business began.
I love all dogs, but my focus
is caring for small dogs.
Over
the years I took every opportunity to
learn more about dog care and training.
I am certified with the Red Cross in
Animal First Aid and took additional
first aid training through the Marymoor
Professional Dog Walker's Association.
I am a current member of the Magnuson
Professional Dog Walkers as well as the
MPDWA (Marymoor Professional Dog
Walker's Association).
Additionally, I have been doing
volunteer work for S.O.D.A. (Serve Our
Dogs Area) for 10 years.
My Scottish Terrier, Dundee, welcomes new arrivals and enjoys seeing old friends return.
Both Dundee and myself look forward to meeting you.
